Holly holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of International Relations from the Australian National University. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law.
Before joining Stary Norton Halphen, Holly was an associate to the Honourable Justice Hollingworth at the Supreme Court of Victoria. She has also previously worked at the ACT Inspector of Correctional Services where she conducted human rights based reviews of the prison and youth justice centre in Canberra.
Holly is passionate about social justice and has volunteered at Fitzroy Legal Service, Aboriginal Legal Service NSW/ACT and in a program providing legal information sessions to prisoners.
